FORT RILEY — The First Territorial Capital State Historic Site at Fort Riley is open for spring and summer. Visitor hours are 10 to 5 on Saturdays and noon to 5 Sundays, until Oct. 26. Admission is $3 for adults, $1 for students. Kansas Historical Foundation members and children five and younger are admitted free.
