OTTAWA — A 34-year-old Cameron, Mo., man staying at the Super 8 Motel, Ottawa, was booked into the Franklin County jail Monday on suspicion of possession of possession of marijuana and theft. Ottawa police said Joshua William Mann had a stolen vehicle in his possession when he was arrested.
