OTTAWA — Bikers Against Child Abuse International is starting a new chapter in Ottawa. BACA will meet 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the Eagles Lodge on 15th Street. The Ottawa group, which will be called the Santa Fe Trail chapter, and will meet on the fourth Sunday of each month, Steve Bogatay said. He said BACA is an international organization dedicated to help abused children. The group has an Internet Web site. All types of bikes and people are welcome.
