OTTAWA — This afternoon, Ottawa police and emergency personnel had to fish a man who was described as unruly out of the lake at Great Life Golf and Fitness Center along Logan Street. Police report the man was standing in the water and refused to come out. The man eventually was coaxed out and given a change of scenery at the Franklin County jail. There was no immediate word on the man’s identity or why he was standing in the pond.
