OTTAWA — A 27-year-old Ottawa man was booked into the Franklin County jail on suspicion of involuntary manslaughter. Eric Dean Davis was picked up in connection with an earlier DUI case, Sheriff Jeff Richards said. He said a judge issued a bench warrant for Cavis and officers began looking him and was brought to the jail Sunday night.
