OTTAWA — A Preliminary Hearing will be July 7 for the Ottawa man charged of killing another Ottawa man in a traffic accident Southeast of Centropolis last September.
Eric Davis is charged with involuntary manslaughter in connection with the death of James Richey.
The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office says Davis was driving along Iowa Road when he lost control of his S-U-V. It went off the road, rolled over and hit at least three trees.
Richey was a passenger in the S-U-V and was killed.
