GARNETT — A Garnett teenager was taken to a Kansas City hospital following a one-vehicle crash south of Mount Ida Sunday. Madison Goode, 16, was driving a pickup south on Indiana Road a half-mile north of 1000 Road when she lost control of the truck, Anderson County Sheriff Vernon Valentine said. The truck went into the ditch and rolled over, he said. Goode was taken to Anderson County Hospital inGarnett and later transferred to St. Lukes’ Plaza Hospital in Kansas City.
