OTTAWA — An Ottawa man has been sentenced to more than four years in prison to robbing the China Palace owner in the restaurant’s parking lot last year. As a result of a plea deal, Terry Gibson, Jr., was sentenced Monday in Franklin County District Court to 52 months. He was also ordered to pay nearly $8,800 in restitution to restaurant owner Jian Wang. Three teenagers were also charged in connection with the robbery.
