OTTAWA — It’s the greatest hits night for the Ottawa City Band. This year, the band asked audience members to vote for their favorite selections from the concerts. And tonight at 7:30 at City Park, listeners will get the payoff. Some of the winning hits that will be played tonight include “Barnum and Bailey’s Favorite,” “Kartoon Kaleidoscope,” “ Hogan’s Heroes March,” “In the Mood,” popularized by Glenn Miller, “Seventy Six Trombones,” from the musical “Music Man;”and John Philips Sousa’s ever-popular “Stars and Stripes Forever.” The concert is free. Bring lawn chairs or blankets.
