OTTAWA – Uncle Janet wants you! She wants you to do the patriotic thing to preserve democracy. In other words, Franklin County Clerk Janet Paddock is looking for pollworkers for the primary election on Aug. 5 at several polling locations. She said training will be provided, and experienced workers will work alongside new pollworkers. Workers will go from approximately 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Aug. 5.
