OTTAWA — An Ottawa man has pleaded guilty in Franklin County District Court to having sex with an underaged Ottawa teenager has part of a plea deal. Corey Schlotzhauer has pleaded guilty with indecent liberties with a minor above the age of 14. Sentencing has been set for Aug. 25.
