OTTAWA — A man charged in the robbery of the Ottawa VFW post earlier this year has pleaded no contest to trying to elude officers as part of a plea deal in Franklin County District Court. Charges of theft and possession of marijuana against Wyatt Clear were dropped as part of the deal. Sentencing will be Aug. 25.
