BURLINGTON — A 7-year-old Wichita boy was taken to Coffey County Hospital in Burlington after a semi-truck tipped over Monday night south of Wolf Lake. James Noonan, 34, Wichita, was driving a semi-truck east on 11th Road about three miles east of Burlington when his truck and trailer flipped over on their sides while he was going around a turn, the Kansas Highway Patrol said. The boy, Tucker Noonan, was a passenger and was injured when the truck tipped. The elder Noonan and two other children riding in the truck weren’t injured. They were all wearing seat belts, the highway patrol said.
