OTTAWA — Ottawa High School senior Courtney Houston has been named to the National High School Honor Choir by the National Association of Music Educators. Houston will perform Oct. 29 in Nashville. It’s a rare honor for a Kansas student, high school principal Ryan Cobbs said.
