OTTAWA — The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department received a theft report Saturday night from a 32-year-old Richmond woman whose ex-boyfriend is in the Franklin County jail. She told deputies that someone broke into a storage unit in the 100 block of North State Street in Richmond and stole items belonging to the inmate. She estimated the loss about $6,450.
