OTTAWA — An Ottawa man charged in connection with an explosion and fire in a house in the 900 block of North Oak in ottawa in late May has requested and will receive a jury trial in Franklin County District Court. A jury will hear charges of arson and two counts of possession of explosives against Jason Graves beginning Jan. 6. A pre-trial hearing will be Dec. 8. He remains in jail.
