OLATHE — A Gardner teen was killed in a one-vehicle crash Sunday evening along I-35 in Olathe. Jonah Wheeler, 18, was driving south on I-35 near 167th Street when he lost control, causing his car to spin, enter the median and strike a pole, the Kansas Highway Patrol said. He was dead at the scene. The highway patrol said Wheeler wasn’t wearing a seat belt.
