OTTAWA — Advance voting in franklin County is under way. County Clerk Janet Paddock said VOTERS can drop by her office any day up to noon of Monday, Nov. 3. However, she says if voter needs to request an advance ballot by mail, that should be done by this week to ensure the ballot reaches her office by the deadline.
