DULUTH, Minn. — A federal judge has agreed to yet another extension in the case of a Minnesota man who has pleaded guilty to kidnapping his ex-wife and robbing the Great Southern Bank in Ottawa three years ago. Timothy Caskey is facing a 30-year sentence for his cross-country journey from Minnesota to Mexico. Although U.S. Judge John Tunheim has denied several objections by Caskey’s attorneys, he agreed to extend the sentencing until at least Nov. 10 for attorney motions in federal court in Duluth, Minn.
