OTTAWA–It’s not every day that the Ottawa City Commission honors a new American citizen but it happened at the regular meeting this time. Wenceslita Nuera has been in the U.S. for 11 years and just recently obtained her citizenship. She works for Ottawa Mayor Linda Reed at Ransom Memorial Hospital.
