OTTAWA–Despite 50 years of the War on Poverty, the need for anti-poverty programs is needed more than ever ,and the funding is under attack. That’s one statement from Steve Lohr, Executive Director of the Southeast Kansas Community Action Program. Lohr was keynote speaker at ECKAN’s Annual Fellowship Dinner at Ottawa High School.
