OTTAWA – A 57-year-old Ottawa has been booked by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department for suspicion of aggravated arson. The bond for David Huffman was set at $15,000. The sheriff’s office said Huffman was also booked for trafficking contraband into a correctional facility. No bond was set.
