CENTROPOLIS – A 22-year-Ottawa man was booked into the Franklin County jail following a disturbance in the 300 block of North 7th Street in Centropolis Friday night. The Franklin County Sheriff’s office said Michael Williams was booked for suspicion of battery, battery on a law enforcement officer, and obstruction of the legal process.
