POMONA – A 20-year-old Pomona woman reported to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department last week that her car was stolen by her 18-year-old sister. The sister was later involved in an accident and tried to flee deputies, the sheriff’s department said. The car was recovered and the sheriff’s department said a report was forwarded to the county attorney’s office.
