OTTAWA — Ottawa police say a vehicle struck a memorial to Joseph Jennings in the 2000 block of South Princeton and then left the area late Friday night. Police said the case is under investigation. The memorial is near where Jennings was shot and killed by Ottawa police and Franklin County deputies. It’s the second time the memorial has been struck by a hit-and-run driver.
