OTTAWA — Two Ottawa men were booked into the Franklin County jail following a fight with an Oklahoma man Saturday afternoon. Oscar Guerrero, 40, was booked for suspicion of aggravated battery, disorderly conduct and violating a protective order. James Navarro, 47, was booked for suspicion of aggravated battery. Ottawa police said the pair were taken into custody after the 58 year-old Bartlesville man was battered in the 500 block of South Ash Street.
