OTTAWA—City Commissioner Blake Jorgensen has heard a rumor that the City of Ottawa went $2,000,000 in debt for the new Industrial Park and has no way to repay it. Jorgensen says the financing set up for the park is the same the city does for installing a new sewer line or other utilities. He says if for some reason, things didn’t work out, the city still has the reserve funds to pay off the debt.
