OTTAWA — Lindsey Fincham has joined ECKAN as the agency’s director of community engagement. She will oversee the administration of the ECKAN Volunteer Center, the Youth Action Council and Youth in Government programs, and other related services in ECKAN’s nine-county service area. Fincham has served for eight years as director of operations for Humanity Reads, three years with the U.S. Peace Corps in Kyrgyzstan, and four years with the Hollings Center for International Dialogue.
