OTTAWA — An autopsy reveals that Devon Lee Rice, 10, Ottawa, died Saturday night of drowning, said Ottawa Police Chief Dennis Butler. Devon’s death was an accident, Butler said. After he was reported as missing, Devon was found at the bottom of the Great Life Golf and Fitness pool, 1001 E. Logan St. Butler said investigators will continue to looki at the events leading up to Devon’s drowning. Funeral services for Devon will be 1 p.m. Friday at Dengel & Son Mortuary, Ottawa.
