OTTAWA — The Franklin County Sheriff’s office said Aaron Gay, 28, Salina, hit a car driven by Patricia Baker, 61, El Dorado; after he made a U-turn in the 2700 block of Eisenhower Road near the I-35 interchange just southwest of Ottawa Friday afternoon. The sheriff’s office listed it as an injury accident but didn’t say who was injured or how severe the injuries were.
