WILLIAMSBURG — The West Franklin school district reported to the Franklin County Sheriff’s office Friday morning that the West Franklin Learning Center in the 1900 block of California Road north of Williamsburg was burglarized. A USD 287 employee reported the burglar broke into the learning center and several outbuildings on the property. A water filtration system, water cooler, power washer, printer and about gallons of gasoline were stolen. The loss was estimated at $830.
