OTTAWA — The Ottawa City Band may make a rare change of location for tonight’s grand finale summer concert.  Because of the rain and weather, band director Mark Paquette said tonight’s concert may move from City Park to Ottawa Municipal Auditorium.   Paquette said the park may be too wet to bring the equipment truck onto the grass.  Because it’s the last concert of the summer, tonight’s concert is the annual “Fan Favorites” concerts.  At previous concerts, the audiences voted for their favorite selections.  Tonight, the band will play the selections that were the top vote-getters, Paquette said.  Tunes to be performed include the “Stars and Stripes Forever,” “Home on the Range, “National Emblem” march, “Jurassic Park,” “The Liberty Bell” and Grieg’s “In the Hall of the Mountain King.”  The concert will be tonight at 7:30.
