OTTAWA — A teenage man was arrested Tuesday by Ottawa police for what they describe as several incidents involving sexting and sex with teenage girls between the ages of 14 and 16. Police didn’t identify the man, who they arrested for two counts of electronic solicitation of a minor, rape, two counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a minor and possession of sexual visual depictions of a minor. There were four separate investigations involving the teen as well as five other people, and a sexting case involving two others, Capt. Adam Weingartner said.
