GLADSTONE, Mo. — The Kansas Bureau of Investigation and the Missouri State Highway Patrol have ended a Silver Alert for a Gladstone, Mo., man who disappeared after visiting his son in northeast Kansas last week. Patrick Flynn has safely returned home to Gladstone, the KBI said.
