OTTAWA — The murder trial of Kyle Flack has been pushed back to February. District Judge Eric Godderz agreed this morning to a request from Flack’s attorneys for a delay. They sought the delay because they said they still have to go through a mountain of new evidence, some of which they said could help Flack’s defense. Godderz set a new trial date of February 22, 2016. At an earlier hearing, Godderz rejected a motion by Flack’s attorneys to move the trial out of Franklin County. Flack faces capital murder charges in the deaths of Kaylie Bailey and her toddler daughter Lana-Leigh Bailey; and murder charges in the deaths of Andrew Stout and Steven White at a farmhouse north of Richter two years ago.
