OTTAWA — Ottawa city firefighters asked for help from the Lincoln-Ottawa-Harrison Rural Fire Department early Sunday morning.  City firefighters were called to a large rubbish and pallet fire behind the storage units in the 700 block of North Bennett Road on the east side of city, Ottawa assisant fire chief Tim Matthias said.  It’s an area of little water and Matthias said the water supply wasn’t enough to handle the size of the fire and the city asked LOH for water tankers.
