LYNDON — A 48-year-old Overbrook man who is charged in connection with a home invasion in Overbrook will remain in jail in lieu of $105,000 bond. A judge has denied a request by Bruce Jolly’s attorney for his bond to be reduced, Osage County Attorney Brandon Jones said. Jolly’s case was continued to Nov. 19 in the Osage County District Court. Jolly has been accused of a home invasion in Overbrook Oct. 8. Jolly was shot during the incident. Jolly was also charged with vehicular burglary and misdemeanor theft in connection with the theft of a mini-van Sept.28.
