OTTAWA–The special bond election in Pomona has received overwhelming approval. The Franklin County Clerk’s office says 169 people voted, and 124, or 73 percent of the voters voted to pass the bond. The measure is expected to raise a little over $1,000,000 for Pomona street repairs.
