BALDWIN CITY — A 36-year-old Overland Park hunter shot himself in the foot with his shotgun this morning. The man, who wasn’t identified, was bird hunting at Eckman’s Hunting Preserve near Baldwin City when the accident occurred, the Douglas County Sheriff’s Department said. He was taken to Overland Park Regional Medical Center.
