CENTRAL HEIGHTS — A Rantoul motorcyclist was killed late Wednesday after hitting a deer near Central Heights School. Michael Jensen, 68, was driving a motorcycle on Ellis Road near Nebraska Road when he struck the deer, the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department said. Jensen was not wearing a helmet, and he died at the scene, the county sheriff’s office said.
