OTTAWA — KOFO 1220 Country is broadcasting at low power today after the high winds damaged one of the cables to the station’s antenna Wednesday afternoon. Repairs will be completed as rapidly as possible but today’s high winds will likely complicate or delay the repairs because technicians will have to climb part-way up the 400-foot tower to fix the cable, KOFO general manager Brad Howard said. Because of the technical problems, the station will stream some of its programming on the Web site ww.kofo.com.
