TOPEKA — Kansas Gov. Sam Brownback has ordered flags to be flown at half-staff from sun-up to sun-down continuing through Thursday to honor the victims of the terrorist attacks in Paris. “We mourn for the victims and all those affected by these horrific acts of evil, and we offer them our prayers and condolences” Brownback said. “These terrorists and those that support them must be stopped.”
