OSAWATOMIE — A semi-truck flipped over on its side on U.S. 169 near Osawatomie early this morning. The truck was blocking both south-bound lanes near the Osawatomie State Hospital interchange much of this morning. Traffic was detoured off U.S. 169 at the interchange. It’s the second time in as many days that a truck has blocked U.S. 169. A truck that flipped over halted traffic on the highway about four miles south of Welda in central Anderson County several hours Monday. Anthony Mosier, 45, Lexington, Okla., was taken to Anderson County Hospital in Garnett, the Kansas Highway Patrol said. Mosier was driving north on U.S. 169 and dropped off the edge of the road, over-corrected and flipped the truck on its side, the highway patrol said.
