OTTAWA — The Franklin County District Court will mail summonses to 600 potential jurors beginning sometime next week for Kyle Flack’s murder trial. Attorneys and District Judge Eric Godderz discussed the search for jurors during a hearing this morning. Godderz scheduled another court hearing on Dec. 22 to go over questionnaires for potential jurors. This morning’s hearing was continued into this afternoon. In January, groups of potential jurors will meet at Ottawa Municipal Auditorum to be questioned by attorneys. Flack faces capital murder charges in connection with the deaths of Kaylie Bailey and her toddler daughter, Lana Leigh Bailey; and murder charges in connection with the deaths of Andrew Stout and Steven White at a farmhouse north of Richter two years ago.
