OTTAWA–The city of Ottawa has been taken by surprise. The surprise is that the Franklin County Commission is apparently considering ending the nearly 10 year old agreement between the County and City that governs urban growth. Ottawa Mayor Mike Skidmore says he hopes to soon meet with county commissioners to iron out any problems.
