OTTAWA — Tonight will mark the 40-year anniversary of the Rockwood Acres Christmas Eve Luminaries. More than 2,000 candles will be lit for the holiday display, said Gerald Didde, who lives in Rockwood and will help light the candles. Vehicles are welcome to drive through starting at 6. Traffic will be one way with the entrance at the east entrance of Rockwood Drive from East 15th Street. Rockwood residents will ask for donations for Community in Schools and Meals on Wheels as cars exit.
