OTTAWA — Ottawa police and the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department received theft reports Monday. A 22-year-old Quenemo man reported to the sheriff’s office that three toolboxes were stolen from his property in the 600 block of K-68 west of Pomona. The loss was estimated at $475. A 32-year-old Miltonville man reported to Ottawa police the theft of a motor scooter from the 300 block of South Ash Street. A 19-year-old ottawa woman reported to police the theft of items from a vehicle parked in the 1500 block of South Osage Drive.
