LOUISBURG — Louisburg schools were locked down this morning for nearly two hours after a report of two men with guns walking around the high school. However, investigators discovered the report came from a student, said Miami County Undersheriff Wayne Minckley. “So far he is the only individual who saw these two gunmen … the only witness, the only alleged victim;, he is claiming they pointed a gun at him but no one else has seen this so we’re having a little difficulty in believing it at this point,” Minckley said. Deputies are continuing to check the area for two men or witnesses, he said.
