OTTAWA — A 23-year-old Ottawa bicyclist received minor injuries when she struck a car at Second and South Main Street in Ottawa Tuesday morning. Although an ambulance was dispatched to the scene, Brittney Doan wasn’t taken to the hospital, Ottawa police said.
