OTTAWA–It will be up to the jury to decide if he’s guilty of Capital Murder. Kyle Flack is on trial for allegedly killing 4 people near Richter almost 3 years ago. The Prosecution played a brief telephone conversation Flack had with his mother in which he says he’s not guilty of all of it, but he is guilty. The conversation occurred August 15, 2013.
